We made this baby costume for our seven month old son. The idea originated from the Guinness "Brilliant" adds campaign. The suspenders are ribbon and the mustache is craft foam attached to a pacifier. We greased up his hair and parted it in the middle.
The beer mug is made of craft foam. Altogether it took about two hours to make.
