This is our KISS DIY Halloween Costume. For the Demon we found the leather pants, boots, cape, and studded biker jacket at second hand stores. We cut the arms off of the biker jacket to make a vest, and repurposed one of the arm cuffs as a choker collar. We cut the bottom of the cape to look like bat wigs, attached the cape to an old pair of tights, and then glittered and studded it. The “spikes” were made from construction paper and then spray painted and hot glued to the cape. the wig was bought online, and the makeup was freehanded.
For Starchild, the jacket, leotard, boots, pants, and belt were all found at Goodwill. We spray painted the collar of the jacket, and made the stars out of glitter. We cut holes in the sides of the pants and hot glued studs to them. The choker collar was made from an old belt. The wig was borrowed from a friend, and the makeup was freehanded.
For Catman, the shirt, pants, boots, and wig were all found at goodwill. We cut the arms off of the shirt, and then glittered it. We put stripes of glitter down the sides of the pants, the choker collar was made from a belt, and the makeup was freehanded.
For spaceman, the shirt, pants, boots, and cumberbund were all found at second hand stores. We cut the cuffs off of the shirt and glittered around the neck. The lightning bolts on the pants are made from glitter. The chain choker collar was bought at Wal-mart (clearance–$1). The spaceman vest was made from cardboard, spray painted, and glittered. The wig was re-used from a past Halloween costume, and the makeup was freehanded.
