Coolest Pirate Woman Costume

I started off this Homemade Pirate Woman Costume by going to some thrift stores and bought the skirt and white shirt first. I cut the shirt to fit over my shoulders and also cut the edges on the bottom of the skirt and some holes on the skirt as well. The finished product I also cut some ragged edges on the white shirt as well for added effect. I found some old stripped black and white material for my “sash” on my side. I made the hat with some material, card board and some safety pins. I made the earring out of some shiny gold pipe cleaner. I only had to buy the boots and the sword. Lastly, I used some material to add to the hanging part of the sword to make it more “realistic”.

To finish up the costume I made black eyes and trashed my hair up a little bit.
