Best Homemade Pinata Costume for a Woman

I took a pair of long underwear and used fabric glue to alternate colors of crepe paper in lines. I think cut the crepe paper in strips.  I then took birthday hats and covered them with the crepe paper. I loved this costume because it was creative and funny, and I wasn’t dressed provocatively!  I got a lot of compliments!
