Homemade Barrel of Toxic Waste Halloween Costume
This was my sons idea to be a Barrel of Toxic Waste Halloween costume. I took a sheet of foam and spray painted it gray. Then I formed it into a barrel shape and taped it together with duck tape. Then I cut holes for his arms. Then I took LED battery powered lights and taped them onto the top of the barrel and flowing down the barrel. Then I covered them with spray foam insulation to look like foaming toxic waste.
I then painted the spray foam insulation red, orange and green to make it look like it is glowing. Then I glued toxic waste signs from the internet onto the barrel. Turn on the lights and it looks like glowing toxic waste oozing from the barrel!
