All I got for this costume was a blue onesie (I already owned one), red socks (already had these too), red felt, yellow felt (which costs like 20 cents at WalMart), some glue and satiny fabric for the cape (Velcro if you want the cape to be detachable).
I just cut out the superman emblem from the red and yellow felt. I did the same for the yellow belt and the red superman briefs and just glued them to the front of the onesie. I took some red felt and placed them around his ankles over the socks to make them look more like boots. I used a marker to add details and viola! superbaby!
