We had many ideas for weird Halloween costumes, but chose the one that we had the materials for at home. I got the overalls last year for my Joe dirt costume.
The head was made of paper Mache which I found was a lot easier than it looked. Any mask of your choice would work for this outfit. It takes a little time to get everything just right but that's half the fun. A large flannel goes on your legs and the overalls go over your head. Buy the largest gloves you can find and put them on your feet. Any work boot or tennis shoes will work to put on your hands. This costume really looks great and doesn't do much damage to your wallet.
