This bubble bath costume was such a big hit!  I blew up blue and white balloons and safety pinned them to a flesh colored tank top and shorts.  The only other accessories was a bath towel for the hair, rubber ducky and a bath scrubber. Cheapest costume ever!  The only hard part was maneuvering, but it was worth it. After two Halloween parties, only a couple of balloons got popped.

Definitely an eye catching costume and it was so much fun.
