Coolest Village Monster Dog Costume

Last Halloween I dressed like Ivy Walker from M. Night Shyalaman’s The Village, so naturally I needed a village monster to accompany me!  This village monster dog costume was super easy to make.  I just sewed a simple cape out of fleece that was large enough to cover a piece of foam and my furry friend’s body.  I stuck twigs and stick through the fabric and into the foam to look like the spikes on the monster.
