My girlfriend made this Homemade Mugatu Costume for me about 3 hours before our Halloween party. It came out awesome and got a lot of compliments.
She ironed on the letters to an old sweater, sewed the black cuff links and turtle neck part (using toothpicks to make it stand up) and made the griddle out of pleather material and metal pieces. The hair was a wig I styled and cut some of the wig off to make into the goatee.
