YEEHawww Cowgirl Costume

My original costume idea did not get much attention, so I decided to change things up a little at the last minute. Throwing together bits and pieces of costume accessories I had collected over the years…a cowboy hat, some gloves, a mask, stacker boots…added a couple dollar store bouncy balls (slightly deflated), and a pillow’s worth of cotton stuffed into the back of my stretch pants, then throw a wild looking stretchy dress over the top and WHAM!! YEEHaww, CowGirl!!

And what a head-turner to say the least, especially when this YEEHaw CowGirl got on the dance floor to show them her moves!!

If I had a rope around, she would have been a LASSOing CowGirl, but instead I carried my mini acoustic guitar to give that country singer look to it.

It turned out to be a fun night, mostly because nobody knew who I was!!

And occasionally I had to make a trip to the restroom mirror to “adjust my rump”!
