Charlie Brown was very simple. You need a yellow polo shirt, black shorts, yellow socks and brown shoes. You will need black fabric paint. You just draw the Chevron symbols on the yellow polo with the black fabric paint. The rest should be purchasable and WalMart. We also added a small stuffed Snoopy to his costume.
We purchased 19 inch beach balls and paper mached with 3-4 layers for our Peanuts gang costume. Balls were then reinforced with Kilz and cardboard around the opening.
