Hi everyone, we decided to make this Billy the Puppet from Saw Costume because our son was almost the same height of the puppet in the Saw movie, so we went with it. The first thing we did was purchase a radio flyer from a yard sale to actually have our son ride around in it for Halloween.

Then we went to purchase a suit, and ballet shoes to match what the puppet wears in the movie. The ballet shoes were white, so we had to spraypaint them red. Are son didn't really like the idea of wearing girl shoes, but we convinced him to wear them for a rice crispy treat. We bought the mask from a store and went to a thrift shop to buy the long wedding gloves. Underneath the gloves we had a small button that played the puppet laugh from the Saw movie, so when my son suspected someone wasn't paying attention he would press the button and scare them. He really liked that part! We got that little button with the laugh from a Halloween pen.

The costume was easy to do, it just took a lot of time to try to get the right stuff to make Billy the Puppet look original.

My friend and I decided in honor of the final installment of the Saw franchise coming out this year to go as our favorite characters from the previous films. I decided to construct the Venus Fly Trap from Saw 2 Halloween costume idea. After looking at numerous screen caps from the movie, I constructed my version of the trap.

Both faces of the mask are made from foamboard which I hot glued together. To make the rounded exterior of the mask, I used posterboard, which was easier to bend and manipulate. The spikes are made from the same foamboard, hot glued into place. The two halves of the mask are hinged to two wooden dowel rods, which are hot glued so that the mask won’t shut (which is good, because the spikes actually turned out rather sharp).

The body of the mask is made from even more foam board. The straps are strips of leather fabric which I got from my local fabric store. To complete the “key behind the eye” makeup, I glued a scar to the underneath of my eye, and covered the whole thing in fake blood.

Coolest Homemade Lady Jigsaw Costume 2

Homemade Lady Jigsaw Costume

Homemade Lady Jigsaw Costume

For Halloween this year I wanted to be something very unique and not just some same old sexy police, or sexy Alice In Wonderland, I wanted to be something that no one else was. So when I was in Halloween Horror Nights, I tried on the Jigsaw mask because I love Saw and it hit me that I should create my own sexy Homemade Lady Jigsaw Costume!

I bought a corset top and a black tutu and a red bow tie so it could more or less look like a men's tuxedo but in a sexy way. I wore the white gloves like Jigsaw wears, and I added fishnet stockings and red heels to add to the sexy look. I had a friend paint on the face like Jigsaw's and I borrowed a red tricycle from my friend's niece.

Then there it was!! I was a sexy Homemade Lady Jigsaw Costume! I haven't seen this done before so I hope it is a hit!

Hi,
I had the same mission this year and wish I had thought of your idea! Pretty cool (and it's sexy but not skanky, which is good too!) Thanks, maybe I'll do this next year :)

I like it.

Homemade Reverse Bear Trap and Billy from Saw I Costume

I really wanted to go as Homemade Reverse Bear Trap and Billy from Saw I Costume for Halloween but couldn't find anything online that looked like this. So I decided to make it out of cardboard, tape, some bolts, and a lot of spray paint.

It took me a few weekends and I trashed my first prototype but I finally got to the finished product. It cost about $10 for spray paint, bolts and duct tape. My boyfriend went as Billy the puppet and we won the costume contest!
