Partly Cloudy with a Chance of Rain Costume
We were looking for a costume that was creative, maybe a play on words. When we mentioned "partly cloudy with a chance of rain costume" he jumped on the idea because he'd get to hold a squirt bottle.
We started with a light blue t-shirt and light blue sweatpants. I doubled over white felt and cut out various sizes and shapes of clouds. I sewed the identical ones together leaving room for pillow stuffing. I finished sewing them up after stuffing them. I then sewed on each cloud to various places on the t-shrit and sweatpants. My son then filled a squirt bottle with water and we were ready!
