This is a picture of my husband dressed as Pai Mei from Kill Bill Volume 2.
Since the hair is all his own (he usually has a three foot braid down his back) he loves a costume with a "hair theme". It is first sprayed with white hair spray and then powdered with baby powder.
A word of warning: if you plan to drink, stay sober enough to wash your hair before bed!
The rest of the costume was easily put together with ladies clothing from the Goodwill store and a pair of my old ballet slippers.
