Homemade Jersey Shore Costume

We did this for a skit for an event we had on campus. So we decided that we needed to G.T.L. So in our video skit we got dressed up in some Affliction shirts that were 2 sizes to small, and dark jeans, and gelled and moused the hell out of our hair. So we hit the Gym in our Affliction pumping out legs squats. Spray Tanned ourselves, got 'juiced up' at Juice Stop, then did our Laundry. Then we went downtown to film and got some weird looks all night.

For each homemade Jersey Shore costume, we just borrowed or bought Affliction or Ed Hardy shirts, had dark jeans and dark shoes. I don't remember the spray tan we used, but we wanted to look orange on purpose, so I don't know how nice it is. Then if you have short hair, just gel it up or back, for longer hair like mine in the middle, you need to "poof" it, the sweatband made my hair look mushroom-ish.

Coolest Snooki Costume 7

This Snooki costume was really easy and cheap!

The Snooki wig came from a Halloween/party store. I borrowed the leopard print dress from a good friend of mine and ended up pinning up the bottom so it was nice and short. I purchased a cheap pair of black sunglasses from the Dollar store and little gems from a craft store to glue on to them. For the slippers I just dug through my closet and picked the biggest ones I owned!

The night before the party, I hit up a local tanning salon and got an airbrush tan to give myself a little orange glow.

Everyone loved the costume! I actually ended up having my boyfriend dress up as Pauly D. He bought a wig and shirt from a halloween/party store. And then just wore his regular jeans.

The best part about this is that I am the actual size of Snooki! Only 4'9" tall!

The Real Angelina

I decided to go as Angelina from Jersey Shore based on one episode where she leaves a dirty maxi pad on the bathroom floor, and is called out on her nastinest by Mike, her room mate. Mike calls her a "dirty little Hamster" in front of all her friends. =)

I just dressed in all black, wore the trademark straight side swept hair, and black sunglasses. I also got some little ear headbands, made a sign, and here's the gross looking part... I got some maxi pads... colored them w/red marker, rubbed some snickers candy bar and poured a little bit of hand sanitizer and *tada*... instant dirty maxi pad. lol. It was a huge hit at work! and cheap - only $1 for my ears.

I'm a hairdresser and I was given a black wig and was told come up with some sort of idea, theme and make it work.

I decided to go for a Snookie from Jersey Shore Costume Idea. I'm in love this show! And I love her. I knew how to ac, talk and walk, so all I needed to do was come up with the wardrobe for her. I took an Ed Hardy top, some crazy leggings from dots and heals and rocked it! Its all about the glasses! I made them myself with rhinestones and glue. It took a while but well worth it! I think they made the costume!

Hope you like it!

Baby Snooki?
by: AM

There is something morally wrong with dressing a toddler as a hard-partying, alcohol abusing loser like Snooki. I hope to God your child doesn't actually know who Snooki is. If so, you need to reassess your parenting skills. This costume is shameful and offensive. There have to be better role models you want your child to aspire to be like.
