My daughter's favorite hobby is to paint. This was the easiest costume I have ever made and meant the most to her than any of our Halloween costume ideas so far.
I already had everything on hand. I used a long sleeve white dress shirt from her big brother's closet and let her go to town putting splotches of paint on it to make it look like an old paint shirt. I paired it with some black stretch pants of hers and a black beret from another one of her outfits and some whimsical wild socks.
I also put a few of her paint brushes sticking out of her pocket and a Styrofoam plate with dollops of paint on it. At two Halloween parties she won prizes for her Halloween costume ideas.
