Homemade Dog the Bounty Hunter and Beth Chapman Costumes
These Homemade Dog the Bounty Hunter and Beth Chapman Costumes came from watching Dog the Bounty Hunter on TV. We got the best of seasons 1, 2, and 3 and were very very amused. Halloween approached and we decided to go with Dog and Beth. The costumes themselves were various items bought and found at home.
Dog's leather vest and pants were bought from a thrift shop and the wig was a child's princess wig. Fake tattoos and feathers were added for authenticity as well as a painted on five o clock shadow. We stenciled on Dog's logo onto the back of the leather vest. The boots were from home.
Beth's wig and nails had to be bought but the rest were clothes we had. The shirt was cut to replicate Beth's style. I chose pink glittery nail polish, heavy makeup, and high heels. During the night Dog would approach people asking "Where Vikki stay, brah?" as he leaned in close. Some suspects would even get handcuffed. Beth would whip out her cell phone and shout "Where you at Big Daddy?"

Homemade Dog and Beth The Bounty Hunters Couple Costume
My husband and I threw a Halloween party at a local bar. We wanted something original and something that we could make ourselves without having to spend a lot of money. We decided that a Homemade Dog and Beth The Bounty Hunters Couple Costume was the perfect Halloween couple. So here is our costumes.
We won Best Costume at the party! My husband was in character from the moment he put on the costume. He made me drive him to the bar as he sat in the back seat, because as he put it, the Dog doesn't ride up front! You should have seen everyone at the bar duck and some even hit the floor when we walked in and he shouted "Freeze Muther F*&^'s.
I loved being Beth too. I loved the fact that she is a strong big beautiful woman who is totally confident in herself! I am very pleased with the way our costumes turned out and don't believe I have ever seen Dog and Beth done better!
This homemade Dog the Bounty Hunter costume was created with a store bought wig and my real facial beard. My friend is a police officer, he assisted in the badge and handcuffs. I wore black boots and black army pants. I bought a plastic spray bottle and black spray paint and painted the spray bottle. The spray bottle was used as fake mace, the kind Dog has strapped on his leg in the TV show. I also had a flashlight and a police baton inside my belt. I purchased two elastic bands to put around my biceps, and wore black motorcycle gloves.
Put on a pair of dark sunglasses and attached a feather on a shoe string to the side of the sun glasses to hang off of them. I worked out really hard two months before the party to gain a little more muscle and that completed my homemade Dog the Bounty Hunter Halloween costume.
