Tin Woman Halloween Costume
I went in a Tin Woman Halloween costume. I modified a silver dress to make it strapless, covered thigh high boots I had with glitter and silver paint, painted a red funnel silver and covered it in glitter too, and attached ribbon to keep the hat on.
It was very cute!
