Our group decided we wanted something fun and easy to put together. I'm all about making the Scooby Doo and the Gang Group Costume from stuff I can find at the Goodwill or Salvation Army!
Our knee highs are actually sleeves from sweaters we cutoff! I love Halloween and can come up with just about anything.
