Robot Halloween Costume
My son wanted to be a hi-tech robot Halloween costume this year, and it had to have a shrink ray. So my husband and I worked out an idea and did all the clever measuring that was necessary. He constructed the body parts and I decorated. We make a pretty good team.
We just used cardboard for the body and head, and dryer vent tubing for the arms and legs. The dish on the front were made from foil stove top liners (found at Walmart) and I purchased a bike light and some flashing LED lights (also found at Walmart).
You'll notice the top has a radar and shrink ray. He had a blast in this costume and we received TONS of compliments and lots of pictures were taken by strangers. The costume we completed the night before...we're crazy, I know!
