Coolest Raining Cats and Dogs Costume 2

It's raining cats and dogs!
We have a costume contest every halloween at my job and I've won 1st place the last 3 years so I had to come up with another original idea.
I decided to be "it's raining cats & dogs"...
To do this I purchased a $3 rain poncho, plastic cats and dogs from ToysRus for $4.99 and used a rain hat, rain boots and umbrella I had at home. I purchased 3 small stuffed dogs and borrowed 2 stuffed cats.
I hot glued the plastic cats and dogs to the front and back of the poncho, used safety pins to attach the stuffed cats/dogs to the umbrella and hat and just stuffed one of the stuffed dogs into my rain boot for an extra touch!
I won 2nd prize at my job!
