Coolest Popeye and Olive Oyl Couple Costume

I sewed white cotton material to the inside of a red shirt and flapped it outside the neck and sleeves.  I turned a pencil black skirt inside out and sewed the red stripe to it. I wore brown uggs with white athletic socks.  I wore my hair in a tight bun and sprayed it into a sausage extension straight back.  

For Popeye, he wore blue sweats and I purchased a 3 dollar black tie and sewed the gold buttons on as well as the red material for the sailor look.  I also bought a child’s size muscle man costume and cut off the sleeves and sewed them as forearms on the black tie.  I bought the pipe and hat.
