Homemade Piņata Costume
I was talking to a friend of mine about what I should be for Halloween and came up with the bright idea of me being a piņata. So I went to Walmart and bought some sweat pants and jacket for $5.00 each, 2 bottles of fabric glue which were $2.00 each and then I went to the dollar store and bought 5 different colors of streamer paper. So the total cost that I spent on my costume was $19.00. I spent around 6-7 hours gluing each piece of paper on the sweat pants and jacket.
I was also carrying a bat around and had my pockets full of candy so when someone would hit me with the bat I would throw candy in the air. I had a lot of fun with this costume.
I also won first place in the Halloween contest at work. I can't wait for next year's Halloween!
