Marshmallow Man Makes Friends
This is the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Halloween costume from Ghostbusters fame. He is about 7 1/2 ft tall. The upper body is made of layers of foam remnants clear packing tape and held together by hot glue. The skin is felt like material from a dry goods store and glued on like a moppet. He probably weighs twenty pounds and was easy to wear.
Foam doesn't breath so I added small holes for ventilation and used a battery powered fan to circulate air. The pants were sweats covered in rolls of foam.
The head was the hardest part, sheets of foam were rolled into a cylinder and glued together. The face was carved and painted.
Finally he was transported around in the bed of a truck
