Wonder Woman is my absolute favorite! But when I decided to dress like her for Halloween, I knew those packaged store costumes just wouldn’t cut it.
I set out to my local fabric store in search of material that would resemble the original Wonder Woman style. And it was easier than I thought it would be. I found great sequin material for my shorts and awesome gold fabric for my tiara, cuffs and detail on the corset.
After a couple of hours of sewing things together, I used gold glitter and glue to paint stars on my cape. This worked perfectly. I teased my hair a bit and put on my Wonder Woman boots and I was ready to save the world!
I got SO much attention for my Homemade Wonder Woman Costume from people when I went out in West Hollywood. Compliment after compliment, all night long.
