Homemade Toostie Pop Costume
My daughter had a Toostie Pop Costume for Halloween. I made this costume by starting with a red turtle neck and white pants. The "pop" was made from 2 pieces of cardboard cut into circles. I covered each circle with red fabric and gathered it at the bottom of each circle with ribbon. I made straps by gluing red ribbon to the inside of each circle.
I made a stencil for the lettering by printing the words Toostie Pop on my computer and cutting the letters out with an exacto knife. I then painted the letters onto the fabric.
It was fairly easy to make and inexpensive. It was also easy to remove for playing games.
