Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs Costume
I took a box and cut head and arm holes in it to make this Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs Costume. We covered it with a dollar-store, plastic tablecloth and cut a plastic plate to put around the neck (and glue on).
Salt & Pepper shakers from dollar store also, filled with some salt & pepper, but duct tape on the inside of the cap so none comes out!
Plastic wine glass with red paint. Plastic knife & fork. Spare cloth napkin. All glue-gunned to the "table". Underneath, I glue-gunned a container of Play-Doh to counter balance the weight of the salt & pepper shaker. Without that, it made the box lean backwards.
I used an off-white winter hat/beret and glued cream-coloured yarn to it. For the meatballs, I used brown pom-poms. At one party I coloured her nose as a meatball too, but on Halloween night, I didn't. I thought it looked better without.
