Homemade Pinocchio Halloween Costume
I made my own Homemade Pinocchio Halloween Costume and won 3rd place with it! I went as Pinocchio and bought all my items from the thrift store and Walmart. I bought a yellow dress shirt and some red shorts and a black vest, a straw hat and even bought some wooden clogs on eBay! I bought a black wig and yellow, red and blue paint for the finishing touches.
I made a bowtie out of a neck tie and cardboard, painted a yellow trim around the outside of the vest. Had white gloves and a long nose. I bought a black wig that had shoulder length hair and I trimmed it to be short for a boys hair. I rolled my red capris up and sewed them to be shorts and then painted a blue strip down the legs and painted yellow stars down it, and trimmed it in black.
I completed my outfit with some wooden clogs.
