My costume is a homemade Ooompa Loompa Halloween costume. One day I was just walking around the good-will thinking what should I be for Halloween? Not sure why but an Ommpa Lommpa came to mind, then I started to look around. I found in a random spot a pair of white overall shorts, I knew then that this what I was going to be.
I started out with a pair of white overall shorts, then went and bought a brown turtle neck, those are the basics. Then for the leggings I bought white tights and colored brown strips on them with brown permanent marker. For the arm cuffs I used a pair of white socks, cut them to size then colored stripes on them. The collar around my neck is a headband that I colored stripes on as well.
My shoes are just brown moccasins with brown yarn pom-poms tied to them. On my face I put orange face paint on, then covered it with a bronzer. My hair was done by a hair stylist, the top is all teased with a curl on top and the back and sides are all curled in a complete circle. Then sprayed green to top it all off it was really fun and looked great!!
