Coolest Homemade Monsters Inc Group Costume

This year our family decided to go as Monsters Inc. All homemade Monsters Inc group costumes were handmade and quite inexpensive! except the Sully material that cost us $45.

The Mike Wazoski was made from a giant balloon and then paper mache`d all our eyes we used white one way stickers to see out! Except for the material most parts were bought at our local dollar store. We went through about 50 glue sticks (the big ones!). All in all it was as much fun to make as to where them!

  1. We are doing a homecoming float for our freshman class in Folsom CA. I have searched high and low for costumes. What would be the chances of you selling us or donating your costumes for our parade??? Adult size Monster’s Inc. costumes just don’t exist… Your costumes are amazing but we don’t have time to make them. We have to be done by 9-12-11 My contact info is enicholson1221@gmail.com

  2. My 2 year old daughter looks just like Boo from the movie, all her teachers at Nursery school call her that… so inspired the idea to do our family costumes after the movie this year. Just googling and trying to get prices and ideas, came across this and I’m AMAZED!!!! I’m a working mom and my husband is in the military and won’t be returning until 2 days prior to Halloween… so while I’d love to channel my creative juices and try to replicate what you’ve done here, I’m at a really big loss for time and help! Would you be interested in selling them? If so, I’d really be interested!!! My email is bridgettelaque@hotmail.com

    Really great job!

My daughter wants to be him and I need to know what you used to make the body. And I want it to look exactly the way you did it – I think it came out amazing!!!

  7. Hello, I know it’s been awhile since you posted this, but I had a question about Celia’s hair. How did you get the snakes to bend like they are? How are they all connected and staying together on your head? Thank you for your time! :-). You can email me back at zornes4@yahoo.com

  21. My daughter is wanting to dress her 2 year old daughter up as Boo because she is mistaken for boo all the time. That is how much she looks like her! Could you please tell me what all it takes to make Boo’s outfit? Please! If you like you may call me at 936-252-3378 and just tell me you are the one with the Boo outfit! Thank you. Oh yeah, we need this before Halloween!
