Homemade Master Chief Costume
I made this Homemade Master Chief Costume using a technique that I found online that had me printing off pieces of cardstock, cutting them out, folding them according to the lines. I glued the pieces together by matching numbers. After that I used fiberglass, and fiberglass resin to make it durable and sturdy.
Then I sanded it with a dremel tool, and then sandpaper. Detailed with spray paint, and then finally used straps, buckles and Velcro to hold it together. Bought a motorcycle visor for the helmet, black clothing for underneath and motorcycle gloves for the hands.
It roughly cost me $200 and I spent about 4 months making it.
