Homemade Mario Bros., Princess Peach and Toad Group Costume
This is our Homemade Mario Bros., Princess Peach and Toad Group Costume. For my dress, I used an old prom dress. Dyed a piece of ribbon and gloves to match. I sewed the tinsel to my dress giving it the flowing look, then hot glued the ribbon over it. Found the crown in the toy dept. and attached a blue stone to my chest for the finishing touch.
Mario and Luigi are pretty simple and self explanatory. Toad found his vest at Goodwill. For his hat, we wrapped a light shade with a white sheet. The dots are red velvet, hot glued down. We glued a baseball cap inside and he wore it like a hat.
