Homemade Lawn Gnomes Costumes
For high school spirit week there was a theme every day. My friend Kara and I love spirit week. Monday was twin day. Usually people come in wearing matching socks or matching outfits. We didn't want to do the normal thing. I don't know how I got this idea for Homemade Lawn Gnomes Costumes, but for some reason, lawn gnomes came to mind!
It was a challenge and what started as a basic pointed hat and homemade green shirt and pointed shoes developed into something even more awesome with signs that together read "Welcome to our garden" and we topped it off with a beard and corn cob pipe! Of course we won first place and everyone in the school was talking about it. It was a lot of fun to make the homemade costumes.
