Homemade iPod Couple Costume
This Homemade iPod Couple Costume is actually from a few years ago, but we still get compliments on it. We made them out of foam rubber, folded in half and stitched up the sides and cut out a hole in the top for our heads. I designed the front and backs of the iPods in PowerPoint on my computer, and then printed it off at Kinkos on really large paper which I then glued with a glue gun to the foam rubber.
Then we got white plastic colanders for the ear buds, covered them in foil and tied them together with yarn. A lot of people looked at the colanders and then laughed when they realized they were the ear buds.
