Homemade Headless Bride Costume
This is a Homemade Headless Bride Costume. I used plaster of Paris bandages and made a mold of my upper torso and painted it to look like flesh. I then sprayed the inside of the mold with spray foam and glued it to a rolling back pack.
I attached a wedding dress longer than I was and a fake hand was attached to one sleeve. I had to glue the fake hand to my cheek to make it look like I was holding my own head. My other arm and hand was under the dress. The top of the neck area was a piece of PVC to look like a broken neck bone and fake blood.
All I had to do was wear the back pack so the prop was up higher on my back. It looked so awesome and I got ton of looks and comments. I also had a prop beside me of a headless groom in a coffin. It was a great costume but when you take it off it feels so good!
