Homemade Big Bird Costume

I built this Big Bird costume in about three months. I used chicken wire for the body, a globe for the head and a piolon for the beak! I decided to make this costume because its just never been done right. Hope you like!

how come it took you that long to make your suit but it only took about a month to make the real big bird suit? I'm just thinking out loud because i wanted to make a replica big bird.

The eyes were made out of a large Styrofoam balls cut in half and then painted

and it took me that long because I worked on it here and there and was just winging it without a real plan. As i went along I found new ideas. :)

I Used a furry/fluffy yellow fabric so it looked like feathers; and I attached it just buy sewing it to fit that shape and rolled it on.

the neck stopped it from going down and it was also pretty tight against the wire.
