You can add Cricket with a green polo, boost with a black polo.
Items were cheap and easy, just bought the four polos from Wal-Mart, and the Blue Button up as well.
Cut out 5 pieces of cardboard and printed out each logo from the internet at Google images. Glued pins to the back purchased from Micheals or any craft store. Wear black pants or tan for cingular. And your set.
Cheap, easy and it gets the point across. I can't tell you how many pictures we had to take with random people that evening. It was awesome, took 2nd in a costume contest to a professional imitator of Whoopi Goldberg,
