Homemade Headless Marie Antoinette Costume
I really never liked Halloween until I met my husband. Now as soon as Halloween ends we are thinking out our costumes for next year.
This Headless Marie Antoinette Costume got a lot of stares and a lot of applause at the Halloween parties we went to. The optical illusion of it really threw people off and they didn’t know where to look. (My face or the neck).
Other than holding my head to the side most of the night, this costume was very comfortable and fun to wear. Because my hands were under the dress, I had to drink out of a straw and didn’t get to snack :o) . The top part of Marie was mounted and carried in a back pack on my back.
This costume was act Gepetto the day before at another Halloween Party… don’t ask! We had a lot of fun making this costume and can’t wait to work on this year’s!
