Homemade Haunted Cheerleader Costume
My daughter Rachel, wanted something scary but also fun to dress up as for Halloween. So we came up with a haunted cheerleader.
We slit her shirt up and painted it with red fabric paint to look like blood. We also painted her white tights with red paint to look like blood. Her hair sprayed with silver paint to give it that haunting look and her dad made it look like a piece of glass was coming out of her head with some plexy glass cut with jagged edges and then painted with red finger nail polish and put some of her hair on it to make it look more real.
We painted her face white and put black around her eyes and mouth with red blood coming out of the sides of her mouth. She was a big hit, almost every house made a comment about her outfit. She had the greatest time.
