Homemade Glowman Halloween Costume
For my costume I sewed plastic tubing to a black sweater and sweat pants in the shape of a stick man. Then I bought one of those "grim-reaper/face-less person" hood from Walmart. I had to glue the bottom ends of the tubes in order to seal them. I also sewed a brim on a black hat I found in my house with the clear plastic tubing as well as two circular hands on a pair of black cotton gloves. Then I went and bought a whole whack of glow sticks.
On Halloween night I cracked the glow sticks and shoved them down the tubes to fill up my costume. Finally, I bought a pair of glowing glasses from the dollar store and cut two small holes in the face mask and slid the glasses through so that they sat on my ears.
And there you have it. The most wicked awesome homemade Halloween costume ever! It was absolutely perfect for the club that I went to. There is no costume on the planet that will get as much attention as a glowing stick man.
