Fruit of the Loom Doggy Style Costume
I honestly don't remember what made me choose to make my little puppy into a bunch of grapes but I can tell you that to this day, my Boston Terrier, Jake, is still traumatized from the Fruit of the Loom Doggy style costume.
Supplies: white baby t-shirt, purple balloons, Safety pins, green construction paper, scissors, tape.
Construction: Blow up the balloons to different sizes and tie them off. Using the safety pins, attach the balloons to the white baby t-shirt, scattering the sizes. Put the t-shirt onto the dog and fill any empty spaces with more balloons. Tape balloons together to make it a cohesive unit. Cut 2 leaves from the green construction paper and attach around your dogs neck.
This costume may look uncomfortable and awkward for the dog but with a few minutes of walking around and banging into this, Jake got the hang of it. In fact, by the end of the evening, he was running around and jumping into laps.
