Homemade Fairy Godmother from Cinderella Costume
As one of my favorite characters, I just had to have a Fairy Godmother from Cinderella Costume. Fabric is a heavy weight satin in blue/green with pink accents. The costume is in 3 pieces. A skirt in blue with a pink waistband. Blue top with the long sleeves lined in pink. The last piece is the hooded capelet in blue and also lined in pink, with a large pink bow to attach it closed in the front.
The costume is completed with white gloves, a white wig and pink ballet flats. I also have a matching drawstring bag in the blue fabric. I made this costume about 4 years ago. I have worn it to many costume parties and have at least a couple offers to buy it every year. It is shown here at Walt Disney World Halloween Party with one of their characters.
