Enegizer Bunny Halloween Costume
This Energizer Bunny Halloween costume really was easy and most of the stuff I had or got from the dollar store. A friend found the bunny costume at a yard sale for $.50. I dyed it pink. The batteries on the butt were little sports bottles I wrapped in aluminum foil and copied and blew up the energizer logo and glued them on.
The drum: I found these tortilla holders at the dollar store and hot glued the bottoms together, spray painted it white, copied and blew up the logo again and glued it on. I had some ribbon and just poked it through. The drumsticks (again items from the dollar store) were wooden spoons I cut the tops off of, stuck a Styrofoam ball on, and used a knife and shaped it into a square, and then covered it with a red balloon (I had to blow the balloon up and let the air out so that it would fit on the Styrofoam).
That is it, my son is 23 months old and he wore it all the way around our neighborhood (except for the sunglasses) and got lots of compliments.
