Partly Cloudy with a Chance of Showers
This homemade costume was fun and easy! I just took old sky-blue sweat pants, an old t-shirt, a couple bags of cotton balls and hot glue!
I started by gluing the cotton balls in the shape of clouds all over the pants and shirt. I decided to make an Afro cloud for hair with the left over cotton balls. I shaped a piece of fabric to the shape of my head and started gluing. This was so perfect! It was a personalized wig! I even found cheap sky-blue shoes and put them to use!
I had my sister paint my face so that I was glittery and finished with a nice touch! To top it all off I carried a squirt bottle so that there was just a CHANCE of showers :)!!!!
I spent no more than $30.00 and won almost $120.00!! Not only did I win lots of money, but I had a blast doing it!
