Cloudy with a Chance of Showers Homemade Costume
We live in Michigan, so this is everyday weather!! I purchased a sky blue sweat suit, went to the local craft store and bought a bag of cotton, pulled apart the cotton, in baseball sized balls and fabric glued them all over the sweats and a old baseball cap. Here's the key, carry a squirt bottle filled with water, so when someone asks what you are, you tell them, cloudy, (spray them) with a chance off showers.
This Cloudy with a Chance of Showers Homemade Costume was a big hit at the party my husband and i went to( to make it a couples costume he dressed as a weather man). I won first place for creativity. The whole costume only costs about $15 to make and its one I have never seen before.
Just make sure you leave your tushie empty so if you want to sit you can. I found that out the hard way! I'm sure you'll be a hit at any party, or even "downsize" it for the little ones! Enjoy and have fun.
