My husband and I dressed up in Bart and Lisa Simpson Costumes. I made the wig with a latex swim cap. I glued jumbo sized cotton balls to make the hair, and then sprayed it with paint when finished. The jumpsiut has lettering on the back, “SPRINGFIELD PENITENTIARY.”
My husband is Lisa. The necklace is made of foam craft balls. Dress is homemade from red felt, with matching shoes. Hair is a grown-out crew cut, so all hair is the same length. I divided it and styled with egg white, and then sprayed with Halloween temporary hair color.
