Angler Fish Costume
I enjoy making masks, so when my friend asked me to make her a tropical fish mask, I thought "wouldn't an angler fish be cooler?" so while I used bright shinny fabric for hers, I used stretched deer leather over a wire frame for mine.
The teeth on the angler fish costume are made from translucent sculpty and the end of the lure lights up as well. My favorite thing about this costume is that I'm a girl and a lot of people are surprised to here my voice coming out of this big scary thing. I love it.
