Bubble Bath Costume
For my bubble bath costume I spent maybe $8 on the tub and some balloons, a scrub brush and a shower cap. I got everything from the dollar store. I hot glued my kids' toys and the washrag, cotton balls, little soaps and shampoos I had at home.
